Lauren McCluskey
Managing Director / Specialist Case Manager
Lauren is an occupational therapist with over 20 years experience of working with adults and children with complex multiple health and social needs. Lauren’s extensive knowledge of rehabilitation pathways stems from a background in the NHS and private sector, leading clinical teams. Having dedicated her career to case management several years ago, she demonstrates a passion for developing and delivering reputable case management services of the highest clinical quality. Specialising in amputee rehabilitation, Lauren initially founded LMC Case Management to ensure that amputees had access to devoted case management provision following personal injury, recognising that all amputees require the support of clinicians knowledgeable in this field. Lauren is a highly organised and driven individual. She loves sport and away from the office you can usually find her on a rugby field or doing something energetic.
Karen Smith
Rehabilitation Co-ordinator
Karen is the heartbeat of our office. Friendly and approachable, she is always looking to support our staff, customers, and injured parties in any way that she can. Karen enjoys working with people and has ten years of experience in rehabilitation support worker roles. An experienced and organised individual that has worked as an administrator for a large personal injury solicitor firm, her knowledge of the sector, the customer’s needs, and enthusiasm for helping people is a real asset to our company. Away from work Karen is sociable and loves adventures with her children and dog.
Chrisanna Gibbs
Case Manager & Occupational Therapist
Chrisanna is a passionate and experienced Case Manager with a clinical background in Occupational Therapy for over twenty years. On qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 1997, she worked in a rotational post within a large NHS Trust, enabling her to develop her clinical skills with various conditions, including orthopaedics, care of the elderly rehabilitation and spinal injuries. Chrisanna moved into Paediatric Occupational Therapy, working within this setting for over 15 years and successfully supporting children and their families with a range of complex disabilities and needs. She is enthusiastic, builds strong working relationships and positively approaches all new challenges.
Chrisanna is an avid supporter of the Encephalitis Society and actively raises awareness due to her own deeply personal experience of the condition.
